The Billboard Lofts stands in the Downtown / Little Italy area of San Diego, California. This project pushes the boundaries of urban density offering 24 units and a garage in the space of a 6,900 square foot corner lot. Organized along two 17-foot high corridors with a stair on each end, the low-rise building is divided into two main volumes.
